Vision and Values

Our Mission is to:
Provide a Catholic Education which encourages all pupils to realise their full potential in the family, community and society.

Our school vision calls us to:

We believe that in order to achieve our vision we need to teach, foster and daily live out the following values at St Mary’s School.

  • Service/ ratonga    -  We help others in our school and community as Jesus would do. We stand up for what is right and just.

  • Acceptance/ whakaaetanga    - We are positive about different views, beliefs, and cultures as we live our Catholic faith.
  • Respect/ whakaute    - We look after ourselves, others and the environment God gave us.
